Hi! I'm Lesley.
As a retired Air Force servicewoman, small business owner, and a mom to hilarious 11-year old twins, I know how challenging it can be to prioritize time to move your body. So many great intentions, so little time and energy!
But here’s the good news: getting stronger, moving better, and feeling more like you again doesn’t have to mean living at the gym or overhauling your entire life. I’ve spent years figuring out simple, realistic ways to build strength, mobility, and endurance, and now I’m here to help you do the same. I can’t wait to share my passion for movement with you!
As your coach, I'll be your biggest cheerleader, a creative problem solver, and always ready to send that "you've got this" text message when you need it most. Whether you're interested in our in-person kettlebell club, one-on-one personal training, or remote coaching, I’ll meet you where you are, customize everything to fit your goals, and help you accomplish way more than you ever thought possible.
